So just like skin care, I wasn’t sure what I would be able to find here in Portugal. I brought some with me, but I knew I would need to find stuff here. Luckily most of my products that I had been using are available on Amazon but I did have to find a couple substitutes. People have different needs when it comes to hair care, but most of these should be good no matter what type of hair you have. I really try to keep my hair healthy. I lost a lot of hair during covid so I get a little obsessed about keeping now that it grew back. Here are my Holy Grail hair products with both the Amazon ES and US links.
Color Wow Dreamcoat Supernatural Spray- OMFG this shit is amazing!!! I had heard great things about it but was hesitant because it seemed a little expensive for blow-out spray. I finally bought it on Prime Day last year and it is amazing. It will leave your hair so soft, shiny and frizz free. Your hair will look like you just got a professional blowout. I am so glad I can still get it here. US link here
Inkey list Hyaluronic Hydrating Hair Treatment– I use this as an extra step when its really humid here. My hair turns in to a giant frizz ball when its really humid. This helps and its affordable. US link here
Belissima MyPro GH18– This replaced my Revlon One Step. I couldn’t bring my One Step because the voltage is different so I gave it to my mom. I found this and thought I would give it a try and I love it. I love the different attachments and it is way more powerful than I thought it would be.
Babyliss Smooth Control 235 Flat Iron– This is a great hair straightener iron. It heats up quickly and comes with a case.
Olaplex No3 – I love Olaplex products and they helped my hair come back to life when I lost a bunch of it due to covid. No3 is the prewash treatment. I use it 1-2 times a week. US link
Olaplex No4– Are you looking for a hair thickening shampoo that works? This is the shampoo. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and do a double wash. This is so concentrated, you only need a tiny bit. One bottle lasts me like 6 months. US link
Olaplex No5– The conditioner. This bottle also lasts me about 6 months and I have long hair. US link
Olaplex No7– This is the finishing oil. I use this on my ends to protect, strengthen and hydrate. US link
Olaplex No6– I use this leave in treatment on wet hair after I wash it. US link
Crazy color – I was using Arctic Fox in the US but I cant get that here so I have been using this for my pink ends.
Wet brush– These are the best brushes for detangling hair! I love mine. US link
Boar Bristle hairbrush– Boar bristle brushes are amazing for distributing your natural oils from your scalp to your ends. US link
Mielle Organics Scalp Oil– I use this on days I wash my hair or when I am just throwing it up in a bun and don’t care if it looks oily. I massage it in my scalp massager. A healthy scalp is important for healthy hair. This really helps with hair growth and I love the way it smells. US link
Scalp Massager– Scalp massages feel amazing and help to stimulate blood flow to help keep hair healthy and growing. They also help to loosen up buildup from products so your hair gets clean. I use this with my scalp oil and anytime I need a quick de-stresser. US link
These are all my go-to hair products. As time goes on, I will update with anything new I add to my routine. What are your favorite hair products? I love trying new products!
